Board of Directors & HOA Meetings

The Folsom Lake Estates Homeowners Association (“FLEHA”) Board of Directors consists of five members, each holding two-year terms. Elections are held annually in January for Board positions, with either two or three openings each year.

FLEHA Board meetings are held 10 months per year at 6:30pm on the third Tuesday of the month (no meeting in July or December), subject to change. The Annual General Meeting/Election Night is held in March. Monthly meeting time and location are confirmed when the meeting announcement and agenda are distributed. All FLEHA members are invited to attend.

Board Election

FLEHA had an uncontested Board election in 2024. Per our Bylaws,* since one qualified FLEHA member ran for the one open seat, that nominee, Brian Mulrooney, was deemed elected. Our thanks and congratulations to Brian, the Board’s new Treasurer. 

Congrats and hearty thanks go to Marcie Shelton, who agreed to fulfill another two-year term on the Board, this time as President.

Please also welcome Linda Bollinger, who graciously agreed to take over as VP when Nicole Howe relocated.
