Board of Directors & HOA Meetings

The Folsom Lake Estates Homeowners Association (“FLEHA”) Board of Directors consists of five members, each holding two-year terms. Elections are held annually in January for Board positions, with either two or three openings each year.

Starting in 2026, FLEHA Board meetings will be held 6 times per year (every other month, with first meeting in January), at 6:00pm on the third Thursday of the month, subject to change. The Annual General Meeting/Election Night is held in March. Monthly meeting time and location are confirmed when the meeting announcement and agenda are distributed. All FLEHA members are invited to attend.

Board Election

FLEHA was unable to hold a Board election in 2025, due to a lack of candidates. Subsequent to the standard election period, a qualified FLEHA member offered to assume one open Board seat. That individual, Ryan Overman, was deemed the new Member-at-Large, effective March 20, 2025.

Our many thanks to Sharon Russo, who served the Board and the Folsom Lake Estates community as Member-at-Large for eight years. 

Congrats and hearty thanks go to Chris Vadnais, who agreed to fulfill another two-year term on the Board as Secretary.
