Folsom Lake Estates has held a unique place in the heart of Granite Bay since the first homes in the neighborhood were built in the early 1970s. Our large lots, mature trees, architectural variety, rolling hills, proximity to Folsom Lake, low annual HOA fees, and outstanding school district make our neighborhood highly desirable. Folsom Lake Estates Homeowners Association (“FLEHA”) is led by a volunteer Board of Directors (see more under “Board & HOA Meetings” tab). Our friendly community holds multiple annual social events, sponsored by FLEHA, including: an Easter Egg Hunt; Car Show & Chili Cookoff; National Night Out & Food Trucks; Concert in the Park & BBQ; and our renowned Christmas Eve luminary event. The Folsom Lake Estates community park — featuring a sports court for tennis, pickle ball, and basketball; a playground; a picnic grove; and a soccer field — is where our events are held and can be reserved by HOA members for private parties (see more under “Park” tab). FLEHA publishes an electronic newsletter six times per year to keep residents connected with each other and with neighborhood news (see more under “Newsletter” tab).
